The Service

Estaflow provides cloud-based software for customer relationship management, property listings, matching, and related workflows. We may update features; we will endeavour to minimize disruptive changes and communicate material updates where appropriate.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Customer data

You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, if none, zero).
